• The very essence of a "Community Repeater" is its ability to serve multiple companies and their associated users. The courtesy of monitoring before transmission is a requirement for successful repeater usage. Repeaters, Inc., reserves the right to terminate services, without notice, for misuse or abuse of repeater usage.

• Repeaters, Inc. community repeaters are housed in tower buildings owned  by our sister corporation, Portapage, Inc. Access to these buildings is restricted. Buildings housing these community repeaters remain locked at all times with keys retained by Portapage. NO SERVICE AGENCY or individual other than authorized by Portapage will be permitted access to these sites.

• We try to the best of our ability to avoid and minimize interference. However, some interference comes from sources beyond our control. If you experience any transmission difficulties, call our customer service department with your concerns.

• Contracts are on a month to month basis so long as neither party takes steps to cancel their agreement. These contracts are billed at the near of the middle of the month for the previous months service.

• Customer's contracts can be canceled at any time by either party by giving thirty (30) days written advance notice. In the event of cancellation, the customer will receive one a final billing for services approximately one-month after cancellation (since monthly billings are for the previous month's service).
